dear readers, please let me introduce you to A Denver Home Companion’s new featured sponsor, eBags! my friend and neighbor, tran, works for eBags as their social media manager and she thought our two brands would be a good fit. i was not entirely familiar with the company at first but have since spent some time (way too much time!) clicking through their site (and drooling and swooning and coveting) and i’ve gotta say: they have great bags, enticing prices, and free shipping to boot! there’s really something for everyone from designer handbags to diaper bags to sunglasses to luggage.

i have some trips coming up so i made a wish list of items i’d like to have to be able to pack efficiently and travel in style, all found on eBags.

clockwise from top right: cosmetic case | packing cubes | durable multi-function bag | weekender bag | versatile tote

in honor of this sponsorship, eBags is offering readers of A Denver Home Companion the chance to win this beautiful piazza mercato tote in nutmeg and black from eBags’ private label, valued at $199.99. simply leave a comment below with what you would use this bag for.

i’ll announce the winner on monday, december 17th. as always, you can earn extra entries by tweeting, pinning, facebooking, or blogging this giveaway (please leave a separate comment for each instance w a link to where else you’ve shared it!). thanks tran and eBags!

What a gorgeous bag. Perfect (from the looks) for a swell travel bag. I personally would put my book (as I cannot bring myself to read something without pages), my 1.5 liter water bottle and huge head phones into this pretty lil bag and hop on my plane. Em, I’m coming your way end of December. Hope I can see your cute face!

  2. Robin says:

That bag is great! I would use it in my new career as a special education teacher, since I lug lesson plans and my laptop everywhere I go. This is more stylish than the backpack I am currently using (but my backpack was actually purchased from ebags as well!)

It would either be perfect for work (new job as nurse educator!) or better yet, taking my knitting with me!!!

  5. Sara says:

I would use this bag as a gift to my sister. With two little ones she is always toting around all sorts of things and can always use a good bag.

What a great giveaway, Emily! I think this bag would hold everything I need on a plane or in a waiting room, my phone, ipod, small bag of cosmetics and my knitting. It’s big but not so big that I’d end up stuffing it with everything I own.

  9. Steph says:

I would us this bag as a stylish diaper bag for baby #2 due in April.
