• 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 T sugar
  • 3 T butter (melted)
  • 1/2 t salt
mix in order given until smooth. put small amount on a buttered griddle. they should be paper thin. flip when it starts to lightly bubble. keep warm in oven. serve with lingnonberry sauce and/or maple syrup and/or yogurt and/or peanut butter and/or strawberries. i prefer all of the above.
