because of a week away from denver and my nannying duties, it took a couple of days to get back in the flow with two babes. but after some long walks, some visits to dustin at happy, and some serious nap times, we’re all good. and just in time for the weekend.

ramona was a giraffe on saturday, a jack-o-lantern on sunday, and–because all her costumes were dirty–simply the cutest little baby you ever did see on monday.

after eight days away from the homestead and eight days having a fabulous time w family, it was time to return. and it is so great to be back.
when travelling i try to keep it simple.

as you can see, i totally forgot to pack deodorant.
(i keep goods like shampoo/conditioner/toothpaste at my parents’ house so i don’t have to always pack them!)
wake up time!: in our favorite sleep sack
plaid tunic w brown leggings: geniune kids oshkosh at target
birchwood cafe breakfast w nona, savory pumpkin waffle, working on rolling over, naps by the fire, costume changes (“respect your mother” baby gap outfit from jasmin with trumpette subtle mary janes from nona. thank you!)
tomorrow we go back home to denver. it’s been fun but the two of us have been itching to see jp.
